Lisa West

Lisa has worked in the insurance industry since 1987, initially with a Shropshire broker and then in the personal accident department of an American insurer in Bristol. She joined Fiveways Insurance Group in 1990 and managed the company’s Shrewsbury office alongside husband Nigel before moving to the Newport office, initially administering personal and commercial insurances and more recently handling the accounts of the business, payroll and insurer reconciliations. As well as being involved in a variety of church activities, Lisa enjoys caravanning, reading and walking the family’s dog.
