We have 2 positions available; one to suit somebody looking to start their career as an Apprentice Administrator, whilst the other would suit somebody with Client Handling Insurance experience. If you want to work in a vibrant busy office within a small team then this is the role for you.

Essential requirements: To be considered for either of these 2 roles you will ideally have:

  • Experience of using IT systems and Microsoft Office packages
  • Have a high level of accuracy in numeracy and literacy
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to successfully work as part of a team and support others
  • Good communication skills

This role will involve assisting and carrying out insurance administration for new and existing clients, both in and outbound client contact, face to face and over the phone and through written correspondence.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Providing compliant day to day servicing and administration of client insurance requirements in a timely, technically accurate and cost-effective manner.

  • Processing all correspondence, new business enquiries, adjustments and renewals, using industry standard software systems.

  • Ensuring all post, email and diary activity is processed, maintained and completed in line with internal service standards.

  • Ensure that the company procedures and processes are followed.

  • To advise on and handle Business and Individual clients insurance requirements and to manage own workload professionally and efficiently.

Hours of work: Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm. Holiday: 24 days a year, plus Bank Holidays. Pension and discounts on own insurances.

This role would suit somebody with previous experience as: Administrator, Admin Assistant, Customer Service Administrator, Insurance Administrator, Client Handling Assistant or someone looking for an Apprentice Administrator position.
